What we do
The Home Builders Federation (ÌÇÐĹÙÍø) is the principal representative body for private sector home builders and the voice of the home building industry in England and Wales. ÌÇÐĹÙÍø members account for some 80% of all new homes built in England and Wales in any one year, and include companies of all sizes, ranging from widely-recognised national firms, through to regionally-based businesses and small local companies.

Writing about ÌÇÐĹÙÍø
We are the ‘Home Builders Federation’, though we’re often referred to as ÌÇÐĹÙÍø. When writing about us, always start by using 'the Home Builders Federation' with ‘ÌÇÐĹÙ꿉۪ in brackets for continued use after.
Use ÌÇÐĹÙÍø in isolation, not ‘the ÌÇÐĹÙ꿉۪.

We describe our members as either full ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Members or Associate Members.
When referring to membership always frame it as being 'a member of ÌÇÐĹÙÍø', whether at an individual or organisational level. Where relevant, you can also refer to your company as a membership organisation.

Our primary logo features a custom ‘ÌÇÐĹÙ꿉۪ icon alongside our full brand name – Home Builders Federation. The logo shouldn’t ever be used separately from the icon, but the icon can be used on its own. The logo is available in black and white versions only. It should not be coloured or manipulated in any way.

Our ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Wales logo is used for communications specifically-related to activity in Wales. The ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Wales logo is available in black and white versions.
The ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Wales logo must adhere to the clear space and sizing rules outlined in our .
ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Star Awards logos
The ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Star Awards logos are updated annually and can only be used by participating home builders.
As per the rules of the scheme, the logos must be updated with the new awarding year each March.

Women into Home Building logos
Members and our partner organisations participating in the Women into Home Building (WiHB) programme are encouraged to raise awareness of the programme to help attract a wider pool of talented women and support our goal in supporting more women to pursue a career within our industry.
Partner a College branding
Organisations and colleges taking part in the Partner a College programme are able to use the sub-branding to promote their involvement and help increase the visibility of the programme.
New Homes Week branding
Our flagship consumer campaign, New Homes Week, supports members to increase the visibility of new build homes. Each year we provide resources to support members to participate and encourage use of the campaign's logo across marketing materials.
